What shipping methods are available?

Can I pick up my order at the store?

There are multiple shipping methods available at Q1 Aero Products. Our main shipping carrier is FedEx and some of their shipping methods are the following: FedEx Express Saver, FedEx Ground, FedEx 2Day, FedEx Standard Overnight, FedEx Priority Overnight, and FedEx First Overnight. These options are also available under the check section of the website. Please note that shipping charges varies depending on the weight of the products.

Yes, you can. However, we advise our customers to wait for one of our representatives to contact you prior to coming to the store as we would need to prepare your order first before picking it up. This way, it will help you save us time.

Our address is located under our Contact page and we are open Monday to Friday from 8:30AM – 5:00PM.

how long will it take to get my package?

You will receive you package within a week, depending on the availability. If the items that you ordered are not in-stock, it might take at least two weeks or so to be back. If you have any questions, you can always contact us at info@q1aero.ca or call us at 905-678-1234.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number that will be sent to the email that you provided us.

 

do i need an account to place an order?

How should i contact you if i have any inquiries?

No, you do not need to have an account to place an order. However, we recommend that you do create an account so that we can send you promotional offers that we’re having.

Can I return or refund my order?

Can I exchange my order?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on all orders. However, we do give our customers store credit that they can use for future purchases.

Yes, you can. Please be advise that we only offer exchange on specific products, 15 days from the day that you received your order. All tools should in perfect condition prior to returning it.
